Return & Exchange Policy
Simple returns and size exchanges on unused items.
Return window
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed and returned with its original tags and packaging intact.
Size exchange
If the fit is not right, we will exchange the item for another size subject to availability. One free size exchange is offered per order.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons, innerwear and items bought during clearance sales cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
How to request
Message us on WhatsApp or email with your Order ID and a photo of the item. We arrange a reverse pickup where the service is available.
