When and how your money comes back to you.
Refund timeline
Approved refunds are processed within 2 working days of the returned item reaching us. The amount reaches your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Refund method
Online payments are refunded to the same UPI ID, card, bank account or wallet used at checkout. Cash on delivery orders are refunded by bank transfer to the account details you share with us.
Deductions
Delivery charges already paid are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective or incorrect.
