Cancellation Policy
Changed your mind? Here is how cancellations work.
Before dispatch
You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Contact us with your Order ID and we will cancel it right away.
After dispatch
Once a parcel is handed to the courier it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or request a return once it arrives, under our Return & Exchange Policy.
Cancellations by us
Very rarely we may cancel an order if an item goes out of stock or the delivery address is not serviceable. In such cases the full amount is refunded.
